Framework agreement with minimum and no maximum and a single economic operator passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1.1 o R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders.

The amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows: minimum total amount: 800 000,00 EUR, without maximum.

The estimated amount of orders over the duration of the contract is: 4 000 000 EUR HT:

- Toulon share: EUR 1 800 000,

- MTPM share: EUR 2,200,000.

The consultation concerns an AC BDC travaux implantation, with maintenance and data acquisition for the establishment of a temporal risk reduction system by geological monitoring of the cliffs of Mont Faron, in a consortium with the city of Toulon.
