Description:

The object of the contract is the supply of goods and services to be insured for the management and operation of the Taranto first hotspot reception center established pursuant to Article 9 of Legislative Decree 18.8.2015, n. 142 and managed by the Ministry of the Interior to the Municipality of Taranto. The organization of the services covered by this Call for Tender ensures the preparation of the necessary measures to fully respect the fundamental rights of the person, also in consideration of its origin, its religious faith, its state of physical and mental health, of the difference of gender, including gender identity, of the presence of vulnerable situations, as well as ensuring appropriate measures to prevent forms of violence and to guarantee the safety and protection of foreigners present in the centers and, where possible, the unity of family units composed of spouses and relatives within the first degree.

Administrative management, personal services and related services

The activities included in lot 1 are divided into:

1) Generic assistance services to the person consist of:

a) linguistic-cultural mediation;

b) general information on the conditions of the foreigner and the related legislation;

c) distribution, storage and control of meals;

d) social-assistance support for migrants temporarily admitted to hospital facilities and socio-psychological support for migrant guests;

e) internal service.

2) Administrative management service consisting of:

a) Guest registration (personal data, nationality, entry, date and reason for resignation, time of stay) including the production of a daily report for the UTG-Taranto Prefecture and the Taranto Police Headquarters, by e-mail and signed declaration , to be transmitted when migrants leave the center;

b) Visitor registration.

Meal supply

The Activity includes the supply of daily meals, as indicated in the technical specifications. The activities included in the contract are divided into:

1) Purchase and transport of foodstuffs on their own, storing them with the risk of their natural deterioration;

2) Preparation of meals at premises for the purpose used and in possession of the authorizations, licenses and permits provided for by the regulations in force for the activity;

3) Supply of paper napkins, disposable plastic cups or cups and disposable plastic cutlery sets;

4) Transport of packaged meals in suitable hermetically sealed single-portion containers, provided with labels indicating the Company's name, the production lot, the packaging date and the expiry date;

5) Transport of meals carried out with suitable means and containers, used exclusively for this use, able to guarantee the maintenance of temperatures;

6) Possession of certificates of hygienic-sanitary suitability of the means of transport used;

7) Periodic sanitation of vehicles.

The supply must be carried out 7 days a week and includes the 3 main meals, ie breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to the number of presences in the Center.

Cleaning and environmental hygiene service

The service includes:

a) cleaning of day and night rooms, offices and common areas;

b) disinfection, disinfestation, deratting and deblatting of surfaces;

c) the collection and disposal of ordinary and special waste in compliance with local regulations on separate collection;

d) the collection and disposal of sewage from the internal sewer network not connected to the municipal network;

e) care of green areas

The methods of performance and frequency of the cleaning service are indicated in the technical specifications contained in the relative Specifications.

Supply of goods

The activity includes the supply, transport and delivery of the following goods to be administered to migrants and asylum seekers according to the following technical specifications:

- Bedding effects;

- Clothing;

- Products for personal hygiene;

- Other assets.
