The subject of the contract is the performance of tasks aimed at improving the conservation status of natural habitats and plant and animal species occurring in the Natura 2000 Małe Pieniny PLH1200025 area, lying on land managed by the State Forests as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe."

The subject of the contract is the performance of tasks aimed at improving the conservation status of natural habitats and plant and animal species occurring in the Natura 2000 Małe Pieniny PLH1200025 area, lying on land managed by the State Forests as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive project for the protection of species and natural habitats in areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe." Detailed location is presented in maps of the Location of planned tasks (annexes No. 4A, 4B, 4C to SWZ). The subject of the contract shall cover the performance of the following tasks. Subject matter of protection:

- 5130 – thickets of juniper on moors or limestone grasslands

- 6110 – limestone rocks and neutrophils with pioneer vegetation

- 6170 – navascular high-altitude grasslands and snow beds

- 7230 – mountain and lowland alkaline peat bogs of the nature of sedges, sedges and mosses

- 6520 – lowland and mountain fresh meadows used extensively

- 8160 – foothill and upland limestone debris with Stipion Calamagrostis communities

-91E0 - willow, poplar, alder and ash riparian forests

- 91Q0 – mountain relic pine sticks

Name of the contract: adaptation of the species composition to the needs of the habitat.

Task:

• Removal of 75% of the biomass of tree and shrub raid on selected patches of habitat. On habitats that are subject to protection, mechanical or manual removal of selected shrubs and trees, by their felling on an area of up to 10 ha. Coniferous species (Św, less often other So, Md, Yalta) - felling, without grubbing-up. On the area covered by the treatment is designated up to 10 pcs. hazel, which, in addition to cutting, also require grubbing-up.

• Elevation of the removed biomass beyond the habitat lobe to places designated by the Ordering Party. On the territory of the Homole Gorge reserve, the removal of biomass should be carried out by taking outside the reserve, further transport can be done mechanically to the indicated place up to a maximum of 3 kilometers away. In the Biała Woda reserve, after the biomass has been removed from the slopes, it is possible to transport it by mechanical means on the way constituting a tourist trail to the indicated place away up to a maximum of 3 kilometers.

• The work will be carried out under the supervision of a botanist. Date of the procedure (once): from 15.10.2022 to 15.12.2022.
