Services for the implementation of competitive selections aimed at identifying resources to meet personnel needs throughout the country. For each selection announced by Rai during the period of execution of the contract, the successful tenderer, in the manner and according to the terms detailed in the Technical Specifications attached to the RF, must carry out the following activities: (i) convocation of the candidates; (ii) organization and management of a Phase I Pre-Selection Test (multiple choice); (iii) organization of technical tests and interviews (by a Rai Commission) and motivational cognitive interviews (by assessors made available by the Supplier) Phase II; (iv) final reporting (rankings, dashboards, etc.); (v) management of access to documents (development and management of a dedicated website).
The total amount represents a non-binding maximum expenditure ceiling for Rai, up to which the various types of services covered by the Type 2 Framework Agreement may be commissioned, through the issuance of specific Requests for Execution (RFQs). Therefore, also in order to take full advantage of the advantages of this type of contract and mitigate the risks of any supervening needs that have not been previously planned or can be planned, while the consideration of each RFQ will be determined on the basis of the unit prices indicated by the operator in its economic offer.
Pursuant to art. 120(1)(a) of the Code, if the contract amount is not exhausted at the end of the contract term, the duration of the contract may be extended for the time necessary to use the entire contract amount.
Pursuant to art. 120, paragraph 11, of the Code, the duration of the contract, which is still in progress, may be modified for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor. In this case, the contractor will be required to perform the services covered by the contract at the same - or more favourable - prices, agreements and conditions.
Pursuant to Article 120(1)(d) of the Code, the Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the course of execution, to replace the initial contractor with a new contractor in the following cases: a) termination of the contract due to excessive cost of the service pursuant to the Civil Code; b) termination of the contract due to supervening impossibility pursuant to the Civil Code. In such circumstances, the substitution may only affect subjects who have participated in this procedure under the conditions proposed by the economic operator consulted in accordance with the procedures set out in art. 124 of the Code.
