This Framework Agreement responds to the need to rationalize and unify the acquisition of student bibliography for the libraries of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (hereinafter UMH), in any of its current or future Campuses and facilities, this supply being necessary in its teaching support activities, to try to satisfy the needs that are required for its operation and the fulfillment of its purposes. The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of bibliography books and the selection and approval of a limited number of suppliers of such material for the libraries of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, in any of its campuses: Altea, Elche, Orihuela (Desamparados and Salesas headquarters) and Sant Joan d'Alacant.
