The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU), wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a provider of graphical services. The provider awarded the contract shall design SIU's printed materials.

SIU publishes several printed matters during the year. This involves magazines, annual reports, reports and brochures. Included in the contract are also conference materials such as banner-up, folders, postcards and posters, as well as advertisements. The procurement mainly applies for graphical design within given graphical profiles.
