The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor and is therefore looking for a Contractor that offers standard educational software solutions, building blocks and integration possibilities in the form of SaaS-Cloud services with which at least the current cumlaude Learning ELO can be replaced after an implementation program and with which other educational processes of the Contracting Authority and Safety Regions can optionally be supported.
