The purpose of the contract is to provide assistance on behalf of the CEA Paris-Saclay Sanitation and Dismantling Facilities Service (SIAD), relating to the management of indicators and the management of QSE management systems.

The services relate in particular to:

- the establishment of indicators relating to the management of the activities of SIAD installations,

- assistance on quality, safety and the environment, whether in terms of assistance with installations or the establishment and maintenance of the provisions necessary for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system (or equivalent benchmark).

The services break down into a lump sum and an estimated part.

The flat-rate services are broken down into a firm tranche and options defined as follows:

- a firm phase relating to the performance of "quality safety environment assistance" services for a period of three years;

- an optional tranche:

1) option 1: extension of the services of the firm tranche for a period of one year;

2) option 2: extension of the services of the firm tranche for a period of one year at the end of option 1;

3) option 3 relating to a service of "management of SIAD indicators and information system" for a period of three years;

4) option 3-1: extension of the benefits of option 3 for a period of one year;

5) option 3-2: extension of the benefits of option 3 for a period of one year at the end of option 3-1;

6) option 4: outgoing reversibility for a period of two additional months.

The estimated part is broken down into services on price schedules and services on prior quotes.
