Acquisition, associated services and maintenance of a business intelligence solution for the Centre hospitalier d'Avignon.

The Centre hospitalier d'Avignon has a complex information system in the number of software, a variety of database types and software vendors. It seeks a tool that can extract, relieve, organize, reprocess, request and disseminate data in this particular environment and to return aggregated data for decision-making purposes. The purpose of the procedure will be to identify the most appropriate solution (s) to meet business IT solution needs. The contract will be conducted in the form of a single-attribution framework agreement, executed primarily through subsequent contracts and possibly through the issuance of purchase orders. Given the innovative nature of the project, it is not possible at this stage to determine the number and extent of subsequent contracts. Specific modalities for making available the proposed solution (s) will be discussed with candidates during the competitive dialogue.
