The subject of the Agreement is the fulfilment of a public service obligation within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council under the conditions laid down in HD and its Annexes, including the transport of passengers under the ATL on bus routes of Rapla County during the presumed period 01.07.2023 — 30.06.2031, ticket tickets sale and organisation of other services accompanying a public service obligation and supervision of them under the conditions laid down in HD and its Annexes.
