1. The present proceedings concern the development of 16 local spatial development plans for the city of Jastrzębie-Zdrój. For each of the draft plans, separate documentation of design work will be kept.

The development area is a total area of approx. 8 481 ha.

Population – 80 426 inhabitants.

The order of development of individual plans is described in Annex 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ
