The district of Freudenstadt announces the allocation of guarding and security services in the district of Freudenstadt as part of a Europe-wide procurement process.
The future contractor will take over the security services in refugee shelters (communal housing and apartments) of the district. Security services are provided both in property protection and in the area service. The content of security services includes in particular the following services:
- carrying out inspections on the premises and in the buildings of the refugee shelters;
- prevention of dangers caused by persons or property;
- Immediate notification of defects and damage to objects or buildings of the county;
- monitoring residents' compliance with fire and accident prevention regulations;
- Monitoring of residents' compliance with the rules of use of the county's refugee shelters;
- alerting the fire brigade when smoke detectors or a fire alarm system are triggered and initiating the evacuation of the building;
- Control of visitors and rejection of unauthorized persons;
- Carrying out room checks;
- Timely and complete documentation of all relevant incidents in the watch book, which is to be made available to the county on request;
- Passing on requests from residents or visitors to the employees of the county, if they cannot be answered.
Due to the unforeseeable development of refugee numbers, the amount of services to be provided may fluctuate. The guarding of individual objects can be completely eliminated. New objects can also be added. This is taken into account in the SOW and the draft contract accordingly.
Further details on the services to be ordered can be found in the SOW.
