The building deals with approx. 9,000 m2 of housing and 2,000 m2 of business, including terrain works. A total of 120 dwellings and community houses will be established, spread over 5 floors. Businesses are conducted up to the 2nd floor level. Of the 120 homes, they make up 20 youth homes. Joint custodians are established in the basement. Basement is approx. 360 m2.
Five companies are prequalified for submitting tenders on each of the following contracts:
1) Soil and sewer;
2) Insitubeton;
4) Bathtubs - lightweight;
5) Steel, delivery and assembly;
6) Plumbing works;
7) Electric works;
8) Ventilation works;
9) Terrain, construction and gardener work;
10) Masonry;
11) Roofing;
12) Painting;
13) Kitchen furniture, appliances and wardrobes, delivery and assembly;
14) Elevator, delivery and assembly.
The contract includes soil and sewer works.
- The contract includes roofing and the establishment of green roofs.

- The contract includes the supply and installation of kitchens, appliances and wardrobes.
- The contract includes the delivery and assembly of the elevator.
The contract includes insite concrete incl. membrane, moisture and heat insulation in connection with concrete work.
The contract includes the supply of light baths, including fixtures.
- The contract includes the supply and installation of building steel, a platform for ventilation units, steel balconies and balconies,
- Steel altars and protection must also be designed according to BIPS A113, model 5.
- The contract includes plumbing works.
- The contract includes electricity works.
