The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the air conditioning system, along with the supply of power supply in office rooms in the building of the District Court in Mława. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the design documentation.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the air conditioning system with power supply in office premises in the building of the District Court in Mława. Air conditioning has been covered by the rooms indicated in the project. The order includes comprehensive execution of all stages: Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 and Z5 without division into parts. Installation in a VRF system with variable refrigerant flow should be carried out. In each room, an individual controller should be installed to operate the air conditioner located in it. Freon installation from copper pipes should be made in a tee system. Outdoor units located outside the building should be mounted on system supporting structures. Each indoor and outdoor unit should be supplied with power supply from existing, multi-storey TE boards. Air conditioners with automatic filter cleaning should be provided for installation. The installation from the indoor unit should be routed under the suspended ceiling to the outdoor unit. The exact specification of the devices is described in the detailed design. 2. In particular, the subject of the contract includes the implementation of the following tasks: 1) supplying power from TE stacked boards to the designed indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, 2) extension of existing TE boards with additional circuits protected by a residual current circuit breaker and a circuit breaker in accordance with the design documentation, 3) installation of control cabling and controllers for designed indoor units, 4) delivery, assembly and commissioning of the air conditioning system in accordance with the design documentation, 5) making a piping system of the refrigeration circuit from copper pipes – soft with a thin-walled structure in vapor-tight thermal insulation, 6) making condensate installations from each air conditioner and discharging them to the sanitary sewage system. Inclusion in the sewer riser through an air gap and a funnel. 7) execution of necessary construction works, i.e. openings in ceilings and walls for refrigeration system pipes, execution of the frame for external aggregates, dismantling of the existing suspended ceiling and installation of a new ceiling with the possibility of dismantling cassettes, 8) performing a tightness test of the entire installation, 9) preparation of as-built documentation containing changes made in relation to the detailed design, measurements of power wiring, leak test protocol, protocol of checking the operation of the system, personnel training protocol and a set of material sheets of equipment and materials used, 10) providing the Ordering Party with instructions for operation, use and maintenance, 11) reporting the progress of work to the Ordering Party and ensuring proper communication between the Contractor, the Contracting Authority and the Designer.
