The required solution must include all the following components:
— fully hosted case management system to meet all requirements currently in scope. requirements are detailed in this document under functional and non-functional requirements,
— user authorisation and user management component,
— training delivery and training material to support a successful implementation,
— annual software support and maintenance,
— development services to deliver key enhancements as identified by the ISI, after the initial contract period,
— fully managed application, database and server environment,
— compliance with required legislation.
