The tender concerns a framework agreement on the emptying of road wells in Hjørring Municipality.

The estimated value of the framework agreement (the entire contract period) is estimated at DKK 3,200,000 million in clause II. 1.5 of the Tender Notice. The estimated value reflects Hjørring Municipality's most qualified and transparent estimate of the total value of the framework agreement at the time of the tender. There is a natural uncertainty about the total value of the framework agreement over the total lifetime of 4 years. The estimate includes natural uncertainties and includes historical data as well as expectations and assumptions about future revenue. Please refer to the Tender Terms and Conditions, section 1.4.3, where a maximum value of DKK 3,840,000 million is stated.

The tender concerns the emptying of road wells within the following categories:

- Emptying road wells

- Emptying and cleaning of sand trap wells and flushing of pipe underpasses

- Cleaning and flushing of line drainage

- Billing work, including cleaning and flushing of sinks

The annual expected need and scope regarding the tendered contract and the individual categories in the tender are set out in Contract Appendix 2. The estimates provided and the expected needs and scope are only an expression of the Contracting Entity's expectations of the need for the services covered by the tendered contract. Thus, the contracting entity does not undertake to purchase a certain quantity of services or to purchase for a certain amount on the basis of the framework agreement. In other words, actual consumption may turn out to be higher or lower than what the estimates indicate.
