In order to optimize the operation of the purchasing service and technical services of the Local Administration Temse and WVS Temse, a public contract is issued for the purchase and implementation of software that should streamline the processes.

The focus is initially on the processes within the technical services and purchasing service, but is optionally (and in the long term) expandable to other services within the organization.

The local administration Temse and WVS Temse currently work in various ways to report technical problems to buildings and the public domain and their follow-up, as well as for the preparation of purchase records, public contracts for both supplies, services and works, which are often are a consequence of technical works that need to be done. In order to uniformise and optimize this facility part, the organization wishes to purchase a software package for this.

The management of our patrimony and the public domain, the inventories linked to the follow-up of work requests and purchase files is crucial from the start of the implementation. It is envisaged also adding contract management and inventory management to the whole.

Local government Temse and WVS Temse wish to purchase an already available software that has different modules and where a certain form of flexibility is present, but avoiding customization and additional costs for that customization.

The software must be accessible both inside and outside the network of Local Government Temse and WVS Temse, and can be easily operated on different types of devices (desktop PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone...) and with the various current operating systems on the market.
