The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a Tenderer for the delivery / services of waste processing during an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of three (3) times one (1) year.

The contracting authority has to deal with various waste streams within its organization that have to be disposed of. Through this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to contract a Tenderer who can give substance to the processing of the waste streams of the Contracting Authority in a flexible and professional manner. The following standard waste streams are part of this tender

• Paper and cardboard;

• plastic;

• Residual waste.

The next standard waste stream on call is part of this tender.

• Glass.

With regard to the waste flows, the Tenderer is responsible for supplying the Swap Containers and emptying them for the locations of the Contracting Service in accordance with Annex X Rental of Swap Containers and emptying frequency. The contracting authority wishes - if possible - to make use of the possibilities for processing other types of waste streams including, but not limited to:

• GFT;

• Bulky waste;

• Small toxic waste;

• Animal slaughter waste;

• Paper destruction.
