The city development company Hansestadt Herford mbH is currently planning and realizing the largely empty buildings of the former Hammersmith barracks for long-term use by the University of Applied Sciences for Finance North Rhine-Westphalia (FHF NRW). Three of the buildings (houses 2, 3 and 4) are to be renovated and are intended for long-term use as living space for up to 360 students and lecturers. In order to accommodate the required space program in the houses, they receive an additional floor as a top-up and an additional staggered floor; the existing top floors will be dismantled. The subject of the services to be performed in this trade are the interior plastering work for the 3 buildings.
