The subject of this contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste (mixed waste and waste collected in a selective manner) from the area of the Rzekuń commune from real estate where residents live. The subject of the contract does not include uninhabited real estate. Municipal waste collected from the inhabitants of the Rzekuń commune will be transferred to the installation indicated in the offer by the Contractor.
