Quality assurance for AOK-Clarimedis

The AOK Association provides a special information service for its policyholders under the name "AOK-Clarimedis": medical information on the phone. AOK policyholders can find out about the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses as well as inquire about suitable service providers from a regional and specialist point of view. A particular concern of the AOK in the provision of medical information to its insured persons is quality assurance. The call center of AOK-Clarimedis in Cologne is therefore tested in regular waves on behalf of the AOK Federal Association of AOK policyholders. The organization of these non-standard test calls is to be carried out by the contractor; their evaluation is carried out together with an expert team of doctors and pharmacists from the AOK community.
