The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in: a) accepting municipal waste, specified by type for the order, in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for the reception of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents, b) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and / or disposal (D) and / or disposal processes (D) and / or storage, in the place of municipal waste management indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents, c) implementation of reporting and information obligations, d) implementation of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights, e) the total estimated amount of municipal waste provided for management during the term of the contract is: 4057.4 Mg
