The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy right to the Ordering Party's energy collection points. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to PPUH "RADKOM" Sp. z o.o. for a period of 12 months (planned start from 01.02.2023 - 31.01.2024 within the meaning of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385).

2. Sales will take place through a distribution network owned by PGE Distribution SA as a Distribution System Operator with which the Contracting Authority has contracts (for individual facilities) for the provision of distribution services.

3. The Contracting Authority has a power production concession No WEE/612/11621/W/3/2004/KG and produces electricity in a biogas plant.

4. The Contractor is obliged to purchase the electricity introduced into the grid (under a separate sales and commercial balancing agreement) at a contractual price not lower than the average sale price of electricity on the competitive market in the previous quarter, announced by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, referred to in Article 23(2)(18b) of the Energy Law.

5. The Contractor shall be responsible for the commercial balancing of electricity and shall relieve the Ordering Party from the obligations relating to imbalances.

6 In order to simplify the rules for settling active electricity consumption, the Contracting Authority intends to achieve one fixed price per kilowatt hour in each tariff. Therefore, the unit price of electricity offered must take into account all additional costs and fees related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, including in particular fixed costs of commercial fees.

Task No. 6, tariff G12, residential building of Zielona Banner Street 10, 26-600 Radom - 10,00 MWh.
