The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as works in the field of nursery management and seed production in the area of the forest nursery in Rogoziniec, collection of seeds and fruits of the indicated species of forest trees and shrubs, hunting management in the area of OHZ 110, works with mechanical equipment (in the field of soil preparation for renewal and afforestation, mechanical soil care, mechanical crushing of logging residues) in individual forests, provision of observer services at 2 fire lookouts, works in the field of meadow and agricultural management in the area of the Babimost Forest District in 2024.

Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Bolewiny - 01, Dąbrówka - 02, Smardzewo - 06The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting in the area of the Bolewiny Forest Range, Dąbrówka, Smardzewo. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services being the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Laski - 03, Chwalim - 04, Wąchabno - 05The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting in the Laski Forest Range, Praise, Sniff.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
