The service to be provided concerns the realization of a joint personnel magazine for the employees of the City of Ghent and the OCMW Ghent.

The service contract comprises one lot:

- The one-off development of a general concept with recurring sections

- For 4 editions per year: the realization (prepress and press) and distribution. In concrete terms, this means that the tenderer is responsible for the interviews, the text layout, the photography, the layout, the supervision of the printed matter, the printed matter, the addressing and the delivery at the address.
