The subject of the order is delivery:

1) Digital X-ray machine with ceiling suspension with autotracking and autopositioning – 1 pc..

2) Digital mobile, bedside X-ray apparatus – 1 pc.

The order includes:

1) Delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters,

2) Installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment, including in particular adaptation activities at the assembly site.

3) Performing all specialist tests required by law in order to allow the installed equipment to work; All installation work should be carried out in such a way as to ensure that positive decisions of the competent authorities allowing the equipment installed in the X-ray laboratory to be used;

4) All other activities specified in the contract and provided for by law, and necessary to put into operation devices with equipment.

5) Free guarantee covering at least the rights resulting from generally applicable laws.
