Since its creation in September 2010 Swale Academies Trust has become a strong and successful school improvement service, specialising in taking schools in Ofsted category and turning them into good schools.

First and foremost Swale Academies Trust is about the provision and development of high quality leadership and management.

Full contract objectives will be set out in the final specification but the following are set out as some basic initial requirements.

See 9.0 above plus.

Fixed price agreement with any profit from the whole group returned to the Trust; which will be used to reinvest into the school(s) catering services.

Cash collection and/or banking by contractor (this is currently the case in most of the schools).

Debt collection by Contractor (aided by School).

Capital Investment where needed.
