1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of cleaning products from July to December 2023 for the District Education Finance Office Ursynów m.st. Warsaw and educational institutions in the Ursynów District m.st Warsaw.

3. The Ordering Party requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Outlets be admitted to trading on the territory of the Republic of Poland and comply with applicable quality standards and legal provisions.

4. The Ordering Party requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Outlets be new, have the name of the manufacturer and a description of the product in Polish and are free from defects.

5. The Ordering Party requires that the shelf life of cleaning products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Outlets is not less than 6 months from the date of each delivery.

6. The Ordering Party requires that deliveries take place within three working days of sending the delivery order to the Contractor's e-mail address.

7. The Ordering Party requires that the order be carried out on the terms and conditions described in the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
