TU Dublin is seeking tenders for the provision of a programme and module survey tool. A technological system to enable TU Dublin to administer an integrated Programme and Module Survey to students at the end of each semester. The system will need to provide a secure method of authenticating student survey feedback and producing anonymised module and programme student feedback reports that are accessible to the relevant lecturers and programme coordinators with aggregated trend reports being made available across Schools and Faculties. The system will need to be provide a system for closing the feedback loop to students and to enable lectures and programme co-ordinators to the flexibility to add a limited number of optional questions to the Core TU Dublin Questions. The system provided must be delivered to TU Dublin in a turn-key implementation with full configuration undertaken by the supplier.
