The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.

Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.

The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices.

The operation consists of 2 lots:

- Lot nº1: Maintenance of the installations of the residences of Val d'Oise Habitat

- Lot nº2: Maintenance of the installations of the administrative premises of Val d'Oise Habitat

The contract is accompanied by an obligation of result.

Each batch consists of two parts:

- A flat-rate part for the verification and maintenance of safety equipment.

- A purchase order party for corrective maintenance, namely:

o Troubleshooting, repairs, replacement of safety equipment,

o Compliance of installations according to the terms and unit prices.
