With this tender, the Transport, Construction and Housing Agency (the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements (sub-agreements) with several suppliers in the areas:
- IT development and maintenance of IT solutions,
- IT consulting services.
Framework Agreement 1:
- Includes purchase of system development, maintenance of self-service solutions with web-based access and possibly operating predominantly developed on Microsoft technologies.
Framework Agreement 2:
- Includes purchase of system development, IT system maintenance and possibly the operation thereof, of the Client's websites (including sub-pages) and self-service services predominantly based on Sitecore.
Framework Agreement 3:
- Includes ad hoc purchase of IT consultancy with competencies within the aforementioned technology stack on benefits area 01 (Body shopping) and benefits area 02 (Resource deposits).

System development and maintenance (web / website area)Framework agreement 2 includes the purchase of system development, maintenance of IT systems and any. the operation thereof, of the Client's websites (including sub-pages) and self-service services predominantly based on Sitecore.
Body shopping and Resource depositsFramework agreement 3 includes ad-hoc purchasing of IT consultancy with competences within the aforementioned technology strata in the terms of the tender clause 3 (Body shopping) and benefit area 02 (Resource deposit).
