With Resolution of the General Manager no. 052 of 19/07/2023 FER S.r.l. was authorized to start the procedure in question aimed at stipulating a Framework Agreement without subsequent competitive comparison to be signed with an economic operator, to whom the works in question are entrusted by signing a public contract, pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/23. Pursuant to art. 25 of Legislative Decree 36/23 all communications relating to this procedure will be managed through a special digital procurement platform on the FER portal.

With Determination of the General Manager of FER S.r.l. n. DG-052/23 of 19/07/23 the start of the procedure in question was authorized for the stipulation of a Framework Agreement, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/23, without subsequent competitive comparison, to be signed with an economic operator, to whom to entrust, with subsequent application contracts, the realization of the works in question or, if it is not ordinary maintenance, possibly the design and consequent realization of the works.
