Maintenance and works of eighty-two elevators and thirty automatic closing systems of the Jura OPH heritage.

The market includes three types of services:

- extended standard maintenance services for lifts and automatic garage doors remunerated by a global and fixed price,

- the work planned for the DQE,

- work carried out on order forms remunerated by a unit price fixed in the unit price schedule.

For services performed on order forms, no minimum or maximum is set. As an indication and without commitment on the part of the contracting authority, its annual needs for work carried out on order forms are 30,000 EUR excluding VAT at BPU and 70,000 EUR excluding VAT at DQE.

Maintenance and works of twenty-seven elevators and seventeen automatic locking systems on the heritage located in the Haut Jura.
