Riddle's Court is a category A listed merchant's house just off the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. It is to be repaired and sensitive alterations made to transform it into the Patrick Geddes Centre.

A Design Team is to be appointed to provide professional services to take the existing scheme for the project (which has been developed to RIBA Stage D and submitted for planning and listed building consent) through RIBA Stages E-L inclusive. [Note throughout references are to the stages in the RIBA Plan of work 2007 and revisions].

You are invited to submit proposals as Lead Design Team Consultant, co-ordinating a team of your choice comprising Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer and CDM co-ordinator. In order to satisfy grant-giving funder's criteria, the Design Team Leader must be an Accredited Conservation professional and it is desirable that the Project Architect is also accredited.
