Forsvarsmateriell [the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency] expects an increasing number of assignments and needs to be able to add further resources in technical weapon engineering services when required. We would therefore like to enter into framework agreements that will be split up into sub-contracts within the following disciplines:

1) Surface weapon and sensor (OVS) (radar, navigation, and sensor)

2) Submarine weapon and sensor (UVS) (sonar and submarine technology)

3) Commando and battle management systems (K2IS)

4) Electromagnetic environment (EMM)

We aim to enter into a contract with at least two tenderers within each discipline.

The maximum call-off value under the framework agreement is stated in each sub-contest.

The delivery is mainly for the hire, but also assignment based procurements of technical weapon and sensor engineering services in accordance with the specified requirement areas.
