These services relate to: the removal of floating waste, litter and accretion on the keel banks and slipways in the marinas and fishing ports of Nieuwpoort, Ostend, Blankenberge and Zeebrugge and in the domain dunes and domain rounds along the coast.

Services include the removal of floating debris, litter and accretion.

The floating dirt, litter and accretion must be removed at the following locations:

- the marina and fishing port of Nieuwpoort consisting of, the inner harbor Novus Portus, the outer harbor VVW, the Kromme Hoek (former Vlotkom) and all adjoining land belonging to the public domain,

- the marina and fishing port of Ostend, consisting of the Montgomery dock up to the seaward part of the Mercatorsluis, the marina at the Voorhaven bridge, the Spuikom, the mouth of the Noord-Ede from the Sint Maartensstuwbrug to the concrete Ibis bridge over the Noord - Ede, the southeastern end of the Visserijdok (= the zone located between the Nieuwe Werfkaai / southeastern end of the Vismijn / Jacobsenstraat), the Vuurtorendok, the slipway at the Maritiem Plein and all adjacent grounds belonging to the public domain,

- the marina and fishing port of Blankenberge consisting of the old harbor, the Spuikom (= the zone located between the Franchommelaan / Havenstraat / Waterkasteelstraat / Bevrijdingsplein), the slipway on the west bank and all adjacent land belonging to the public domain,

- the marina and fishing port of Zeebrugge, consisting of the Albert I dock, the Tijdok and all adjacent land belonging to the public domain,

- dune areas and domain rounds under own management,

- the dunes between the lighthouse and the eastern pier at Nieuwpoort,

- the domain dunes on the Middelkerke territory,

- the domain dunes on the territory of Ostend to the west and east of the harbor channel,

- the domain dunes on the Bredene territory,

- the domain dunes on De Haan territory including Wenduine,

- the domain dunes on the territory of Blankenberge,

- the domain dunes on the territory of Bruges (Zeebrugge),

- the domain dunes on the territory of Knokke-Heist,

- the domain rounds on the Bredene territory in the vicinity of the Spuikom and the banks of the North Ede,

- the domain rounds located between the Koninklijkebaan (N 34) and the Kapelstraat / Driftweg on the territory of Bredene, De Haan (Vosseslag, Centrum, Vlissegem, Nieuwmunster and Wenduine),

- the domain grounds on De Haan territory (center), south of the Koninklijkebaan (N 34) that make up the Park / Duinbossen of De Haan as well as the market of De Haan,

- the domain rounds on De Haan territory (Wenduine), including the Leopold Park, the Albert Park and the Rotonde at the front of the sea dike in Wenduine,

- the land located between the Koninklijkebaan (N 34) and the Knokkestraat, from the Parkstraat to the Pastuurdijk in Knokke-Heist,

- the seaward side of the dune in Knokke-Heist, to the most easterly beach head (number 22).

The accretion on all keel banks and slipways located within the previous marinas and fishing ports and under the management of the Coastal Division must also be removed and the loose floating algae must be removed from the Spuikom of Ostend.

The activities also include the removal of all collected and collected waste as well as the delivery cost prices at a recognized processing company or at a recognized landfill site and the additional delivery costs for regional and any municipal environmental levies.
