The object of the contract is to regulate and define the scope and conditions of provision of services, which must govern the contracting of the operations of integral maintenance of the elevators, platforms and lifting devices existing in the University of Alicante understood as such the preventive maintenance, normative, corrective, legal, modifying and service 24 hours, as well as the possible extensions and reforms of said facilities, carried out during the contract period of this specification and the management that is required for a correct operation. This type of service is considered "all risk" and is the defendant to the bidding companies. Mandatory statutory inspections are also included in the subject matter of the contract.
