General planning services with the following service profiles according to HOAI, gradual commissioning:

— Property planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 34 buildings, LPH 1-9, honorarzone III

— Object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 39 outdoor facilities, LPH 1-9, honorarzone IV

— Specialist planning according to HOAI part 4, section 1, § 51 structural engineering, LPH 1-6, honorarzone III

— Specialist planning according to HOAI part 4, section 2, § 55 Technical equipment for size 1 to 8, LPH 1-9, Honorarzone II/III

— Consulting services Fire protection services during planning according to AHO, LPH 1-5, 8 and 9.

Various rooms are missing at the North School Center in Pinneberg: classrooms, differentiation rooms, staff rooms, sanitary areas, offices, meeting rooms for up to 500 people.

The exact requirement is to be determined in LP 1. These missing areas are to be created by a new or extension. The total construction costs of KG 300+500 are estimated at approximately €5,250,000.00 net. KG 300 is estimated at around €3,000,000.00 net, KG 400 net and KG 500 approx. 250,000.00 net.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
