The agreement for the supply of vending machines for hot drinks with the current supplier expires.

The objective of this European public procurement is to:

- Selecting and contracting one (1) Tenderer to supply hot drinks vending machines.

- Optimal quality and service within the set budget

- Satisfied users

- Optimising sustainability in line with the principles of the Contracting Authority

- Continuous availability of hot drinks vending machines

BNNVARA wishes to conclude an Agreement with the Tenderer who has made the most economically advantageous Tender. The future Contractor, as well as the services to be provided by the Contractor, must hereby comply with the conditions to be set by the Contracting Authority, which are specified in the Request for Quotation.

BNNVARA is looking for a partner for hot drinks facilities. This concerns the free distribution of drinks to employees and visitors. There is also a petit café in the building and there the employees and visitors can buy different types of coffee. The offer there is larger than the free distribution of drinks.

The Assignment consists of supplying, installing, installing, maintaining and keeping fully operational 23 hot drinks vending machines for approximately 1,200 employees and guests on the basis of full operational lease.

The Contractor delivers the requested number of vending machines to the Client on the basis of Operational lease. The vending machines remain the property of the Contractor and the Contractor is also responsible for maintenance.

The starting point of this tender is that high-quality, tasty and sustainable coffee is served and therefore that there are satisfied users. Furthermore, a good and carefree service is very important.

The ingredients that are placed in the vending machine are also part of this assignment:

• Coffee (fresh) beans;

•Cocoa;

• Milk products for coffee knitting.

The daily care and refilling of the hot drinks vending machines is carried out by BNNVARA. BNNVARA wishes to be adequately trained by the Contractor for this.

Outside the scope of this assignment

The following activities and products are not part of the assignment:

• The care (cleaning and filling) of the vending machines installed by the Contractor;

• Supplying loose tea (bags);

• Supplying loose sugar and milk sticks;

• Supplying cups, stirring sticks, sweets that are not offered from the machine.

There are currently 23 devices in use that collectively prepare between 250,000 and 300,000 consumptions per year. This concerns approximately 163,200 coffees, 85,200 cappuccino and café au lait and 22,000 drinks with cocoa.
