A multi-zone electric resistance furnace for heating an amonothermal autoclave in the form of a steel cylinder with an external diameter of 600 mm and an internal diameter of 120 mm shall be designed and manufactured. The length of the autoclave is 1800 mm. The furnace must allow the following temperature distributions to be obtained in the middle of the autoclave: 300 to 600 °C (with an accuracy of 1 °C). Installation of the furnace should be carried out without the need to move the autoclave. The furnace should work continuously for at least 6 months and should have a 5-year warranty. The furnace should provide local monitoring and change of heating-cooling parameters and remote access to automation, including notifications of events (alarms, logins, parameters, etc.) as well as data archiving on external units.
