The scope of work includes:

1) delivery of equipment, installation and commissioning of the system and tests of the installed system (design, installation and all related procedures);

2) delivery of installation materials necessary to perform the work;

(3) submission of technical documentation;

(4) system training in operation;

5) providing service and technical support of the System.

Installation and configuration of electronic signature infrastructure, including in particular:

1) Installation and configuration of the supplied card readers in the rooms.

2) Installation and configuration of client software for microprocessor cards in courtrooms.

3) Installation and integration of the digital signature component with the ReCourt Software in courtrooms.

4) Performing acceptance tests.

The scope of work includes:

a. Delivery and assembly of equipment along with the implementation of the system and tests of the installed system (design, installation and all related procedures);

b. delivery of materials necessary to perform the work;

c. submission of technical documentation;

d. providing service and technical support of the System.

4. Installation and configuration of the electronic signature infrastructure, including in particular:

a. Installation and configuration of the supplied card readers in the rooms.

b. Installation and configuration of client software for microprocessor cards in courtrooms.

c. Installation and integration of the digital signature component with the ReCourt Software in courtrooms.

d. Acceptance testing.

Technical support service and System service.

Under the contract, the Contractor shall provide maintenance and technical support services for the System under the conditions described in the OPZ in Annex 1.3. to the SWZ;

The service of service and technical support for the System includes in particular:

a. ensuring efficient, correct and error-free functioning of the System at the location of the Ordering Party;

b. removal of any defects, errors, failures and damages of the System and their consequences at the location of the Ordering Party;

c. providing consultations and technical assistance for the System provided to the Ordering Party;

d. implementation of modifications of the System software at the request of the Ministry of Justice;

e. updating the System environment, i.e. updating the software necessary for the functioning of the System in accordance with the announced patches of software and device manufacturers (drivers, operating systems, databases);

f. and other activities specified in the documentation of the proceedings.
