The subject of the Order is the comprehensive execution of construction works including the reconstruction of railway and road pavement in railway tracks no. 601, 602, 603, 604 together with underground armaments and the construction of medium voltage network for the supply of port cranes and the construction of the crossing from French Street to the Dutch Quay between resources no. 1 and 2 with partial demolition and reconstruction of resource no. 1in Port Gdynia.

1. The subject of the Order is the comprehensive execution of construction works including the reconstruction of railway and road pavement in railway tracks no. 601, 602, 603, 604 together with underground armaments and the construction of medium voltage network for the supply of port cranes and construction of the passage from the street French to the Dutch Quay between resources No. 1 and 2 with partial demolition and reconstruction of the resource No. 1in the Port of Gdynia.

2. The construction works covered by this subject of the contract are designed to modernize the existing port infrastructure with adaptation to new utility capabilities by the use of passable electric power from cranes land in the Dutch Quay in the Dutch Quay Port of Gdynia.

3. The contractor of works established in this proceeding should carry out works in coordination with the user, HES Gdynia Bulk Terminal Sp. s o.o. in order to ensure continuity of handling of ship transshipments.
