Framework for Demolition and Associated Services

The scope of the work is of all project values. Typically, the work will be comprised of the following categories but is not exclusive to:

• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives),Low rise work (hand or machine),

• Emergency responsive call out work,Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties.Asbestos removal, Site remediation,Waste removal/disposal

Planned Demolition

• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives),

• Low rise work (hand or machine),

• Emergency responsive call out work,

• Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties.

• Asbestos removal

• Site remediation

• Waste removal/disposal


Emergency Demolition.

• High rise work (hand, machine, high reach or explosives),

• Low rise work (hand or machine),

• Emergency responsive call out work,

• Securing and boarding up of empty and dilapidated properties.

• Asbestos removal

• Site remediation

• Waste removal/disposal


Demolition enabling and emergency security works 24hrs

• To secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access.

• To provide heras type fencing.

• To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary)

• To remove or secure minor hazardous building elements, which pose a threat to public safety, for example but not limited to:

 Loose tiles and slates

 Shards of glass hanging from window frames

 Loose guttering or downpipes

2. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours including:

• To clear building of chattels and fittings as required

• To secure buildings to restrict unauthorised access

• To provide access for surveys and inspections

• To re-secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access

• To remove hazardous building elements which pose a threat to public safety
