The subject of the Order is:

1.Delivery of vehicles under a leasing contract;

2.The benefit will also include service with uwzgl. tyre management throughout the duration of the Agreement;

3.The purpose of the order is to acquire a total of 258 pcs. (228 pcs. - part 1 and 30 pcs. - part 2) new vehicles (passenger and commercial) including wrapping according to the ordering party's designs.

4. Insurance and purchase of fuel shall be the responsibility of the Ordering Party;

5.As part of the maintenance service, the Contractor will provide GPS service;

6.Collection of vehicles will take place in the following locations: Warsaw, Wrocław, Zabrze, Tarnów, Gdańsk, Poznań.

7. The Contractor is obliged to give the User one brand of vehicles within a given segment C+, D or VAN, it is aimed at ensuring the uniformity of the fleet and the rules of service.

8.As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide access to the online platform with vehicle records from the date of receipt of vehicles of a Given Segment along with an individual login and password.
