Acquisition of basic sailing flight training aircraft for the renewal of the AM aircraft fleet — CIG: ZB532368B1

Acquisition of:

— n. 8 gliders, new factory, already in the catalogue,

— n. 4 trailer for the transport of gliders, new factory already in the catalogue,

— integrated logistical support services to support the maintenance of the operating conditions of the fleet of 8 gliders in acquisition; the SLI will be of the “turnkey” type, i.e. fully provided by the company, both with regard to engineering services to guarantee airworthiness and the necessary services and materials for carrying out 700 flight hours each year (period 2021-2023) and the satisfaction of at least 70% of the average efficiency of the glider fleet,

— a spare parts and AGE kit necessary to support and maintain the operating conditions of the 8's fleet gliders starting from the end of the integrated logistics support service.

For a total contract value of 1 700 000.00 EUR (VAT exempt) security costs: EUR 30 000.00.
