PFA invites organisations to participate in a multi-category 60 month DPS for agency and recruitment services. The DPS will be accessible by members of PFA. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, NHS, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom (“Customers”), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.
The DPS is also available to all current and future members of PFA, a public sector consortium with a list of members available from: www.procurementforall.co.uk/about/members/.
Within each category the types of services required will include, but are not limited to:
— permanent recruitment,
— contract recruitment,
— temporary recruitment,
— outsourcing/managed services,
— assessment and development,
— salary benchmarking.
Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the employees and associated agency services from all/any of the other categories within this DPS and any other role or specialism required by Customers. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is £10,000,000.
Job roles and specialisms include, but are not limited to, customer relationship managers (Housing Officers), retirement living co-ordinators, governance advisors, and contact centre officers. Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of employee types and associated agency services. Job roles and specialisms include, but are not limited to, infrastructure managers, IT Helpdesk and data analysts. Job roles and specialisms include, but are not limited to, management accountants (including capital and treasury, rents and service charges), business assurance officers and accounts payable officers.
