The contract covers the implementation and operation of the Sesam-Vitale Network and associated services, the objective of which is to interconnect service hosting platforms and IT sites

The purpose of this Contract is to define the conditions under which the GIE Sesam-Vitale entrusts the Contractor, in its capacity as professional and prime contractor of the service, with the operation of a data transport network and associated services, the objective of which is to interconnect service hosting platforms and IT sites. The contract includes in particular the following services:- the provision of a data transport network, shared between the members of the Sesam-Vitale EIG, or any site authorised by the Sesam-Vitale EIG;- the connection to this network of the sites of the members of the Sesam-Vitale EIG, or any site authorised by the Sesam-Vitale EIG;- the provision of an Internal DNS service;- the provision of a Public DNS service;- the operation and monitoring of the service, including user support, incident management, service supervision, an online information service, the provision of dashboards, the management of requests and the management of the fleet, configurations and archiving;- the maintenance of the service in operational condition;- the implementation and migration of the service. The contract is awarded in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of Articles L2124-1, L2124-3, R2124-3, R2142-17 and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the French Public Procurement Code
