1. The subject of the order is cleanliness maintenance services in the buildings of the Senate Office, comprising:

1) Comprehensive cleaning of approximately 7 372 m2 of the area inside the buildings and approximately 660 m2 of the area outside the buildings, including:

(a) building 'A' and 'B' at 6/8 Wiejska Street — approx. 5,042 m2 interior areas and approximately 290 m2 external surfaces (approx. 260 m2 marble floors and about 30 m2 stairs),

(b) the building at Frascati Street 2 — approximately 927 m2 interior areas,

(c) the building at Smolna Street 12 — approx. 1,333 m2 internal areas and about 370 m2 external areas (yard, ramp, walkway and exterior stairs),

(d) the premises at 12 Wiejska Street (4th floor) — about 70 m2 interior areas;

2. the performance of specialist services, commissioned by the contracting authority, within the deadlines indicated by the contracting authority;

3) day-to-day organisation, assurance of adequate service quality and supervision of housekeeping.

1. The subject of the order is cleanliness maintenance services in the buildings of the Senate Chancery, which include:

1.1. year-round comprehensive cleaning of approx. 7 372 m2 of the area inside the buildings and about 660 m2 of the area outside the buildings, including:

1.1.1. building “A” and “B” at 6/8 Wiejska Street — approx. 5,042 m2 interior areas and approximately 290 m2 external surfaces (about 260 m2 marble floors and about 30 m2 stairs — entrance B II along with clearance and by stairs),

1.1.2. building at Frascati Street 2 — approximately 927 m2 interior surfaces,

1.1.3. building at Smolna Street 12 — approx. 1 333 m2 interior areas and about 370 m2 external areas (yard, ramp, walkway and exterior stairs),

1.1.4. premises at 12 Wiejska Street (4th floor) — approx. 70 m2 interior areas;

1.2. specialised cleaning — the performance of specialist services contracted by the contracting authority every time, within the deadlines indicated by the contracting authority and other activities indicated in point 3.6 of SWZ;

1.3. day-to-day organisation, assurance of adequate quality of service and supervision of persons performing cleaning activities.

2. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the contracting officer requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of the employment relationship, the persons performing the cleaning operations and the persons responsible for the day-to-day organisation and the assurance of adequate quality of the services under contract ( foremen).

3. The method of verification of employment on the basis of the employment relationship of persons referred to in point 3.5 SWZ, the contracting authority to control compliance by the contractor or subcontractor with the requirements relating to the employment of those persons and the sanctions for failure to comply with these requirements have been determined in the template of the contract, as set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ.
