The Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment on behalf of the Nordic countries, invites tenders to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Tenderers") for the provision of a scenario report with a roadmap to end plastic pollution by 2040. The Nordic countries want to commission an analytical scenario report outlining a roadmap to end plastic pollution by 2040.

• The project must establish and consult an international expert panel with representatives from academia, civil society, industry, government, and practitioners with expertise from across the plastic life cycle.

The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be covered by the proposed Service Contract is maximum 5 000 000 DKK (excl. VAT) over the Term and any possible extensions. Tenderers must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current and future expected usage. The above estimated contract value is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The project is subject to funding from the Nordic Council of Ministers.
