For case-oriented execution of the primary processes for granting permits, supervision, enforcement and advice in the field of a healthy and safe living environment, the services for the VTH system will be re-tendered by the Client.

OD NZKG aims to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of a VTH system based on SaaS

The tender for the VTH system concerns the three information domains:

1. The case domain – case information to support process-driven handling of the case (case-oriented work).

2. The location domain – structured information about what is, may and is observed in a location.

3. The document domain – authentic, unstructured source information, which on the one hand can serve as evidence for the correct execution of the process, on the other hand contains additional location information.

The estimated value shall be indicated in the procurement documents.
